Welcome to GHASL. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you'), and GHASL ('we', 'us', or 'our'), concerning your access to and use of the GHASL website and mobile application (collectively, the 'Service').

2. Services Description

GHASL provides on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning services. Users can schedule pickups and deliveries through our mobile application. We aim to provide high-quality service, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fading, or shrinkage of items.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Inspect returned items immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (﷼) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due upon delivery or as specified in the app. We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, cash on delivery].

5. Limitation of Liability

GHASL will exercise excellent care in processing items entrusted to us. Our liability for any loss or damage to items shall not exceed 10 times the cost of the service for that item, or 1000 Saudi Riyals. We are not liable for items left in pockets, or for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or improper care instructions.

We strive to provide services within the scheduled times, but unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or traffic congestion). In such cases, we will not be responsible for any losses or damages resulting from these delays.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
